2. Data we process
The following categories of data may be processed when you use this website:
- contact details and information you provide voluntarily, such as your name, email address, website and message;
- technical browsing data, such as your IP address, browser type, device, request time and logs required for the operation and security of the service;
- information shared through external services when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
- with your consent, analytics data concerning visited pages, interactions, sessions, device, browser and approximate location.
When you submit the contact form, the information entered is sent to the website and delivered to our email address through the technical service Resend.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to:
- respond to enquiries and assess potential collaborations or pre-contractual activities requested by the user;
- manage correspondence and follow up on received requests;
- maintain the operation, stability and technical security of the website;
- with your consent, measure use of the website and the effectiveness of its contact channels;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
The legal bases are pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request, consent for analytics and advertising measurement, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interest in website security and the proper management of communications.
4. Providing your data
Providing contact information is optional. Without an email address or another useful contact method, we may be unable to respond. The website field is optional.
5. Processing and retention
Data is processed using appropriate organisational and technical safeguards and retained for the time required to manage the request, continue any resulting professional relationship and comply with legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to the infrastructure providers’ schedules and security requirements.
Measuring enquiries from ads
With analytics consent, we measure phone and WhatsApp clicks. With advertising measurement consent, we also send phone-number clicks to Google Ads. Our usual number stays visible, without forwarding numbers. A click does not confirm that a call took place or a message was sent.
With separate consent, Google Ads receives a successful enquiry event, a random identifier and technical data needed to link the enquiry to an ad click. We do not send names, email addresses or message contents to Google Ads. Personalized advertising and remarketing are disabled. You can withdraw consent in cookie preferences.
6. Recipients and external services
Data may be processed by strictly necessary technical providers, such as hosting and email services, including Resend for messages sent through the contact form and Google Analytics and Google Ads for measurements activated with consent, authorised consultants and public authorities where required by law. If you contact us through WhatsApp, the communication is also handled by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Where provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Microsoft Clarity
With analytics consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage through click heatmaps, scrolling and session recordings. It collects interactions and device information; contact form content is masked. Clarity only starts after acceptance of the updated notice and is disabled when analytics consent is withdrawn through “Cookie preferences”. We do not grant advertising cookie consent to Clarity.
