Google Analytics and Google Ads load only after consent for the relevant purpose. Analytics measures website usage; Google Ads links an ad click, where possible, to a successfully submitted enquiry. Personalized ads and remarketing are disabled. Analytics consent alone does not authorize Google Ads.
After consent, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies including_ga and related cookies to distinguish users and sessions and measure page views, interactions, device, browser and approximate location in aggregate. The website does not send information entered in the contact form to Google Analytics.
The hosting infrastructure may use cookies or technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver pages, protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain service stability. These tools are limited to essential technical purposes.
3. External services and links
The website contains links to external services, including WhatsApp. These services may use cookies or other technologies after the user opens the relevant link. Processing is governed by the external provider’s policies and falls outside SistemaEcommerce’s direct control.
4. Consent
With analytics consent, we measure phone and WhatsApp clicks. With advertising measurement consent, we also send phone-number clicks to Google Ads. Our usual number stays visible, without forwarding numbers. A click does not confirm that a call took place or a message was sent.
Accept either purpose separately or reject both with “Reject all”. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Google Ads may use _gcl_* cookies and click identifiers to attribute enquiries to ads. On withdrawal, accessible cookies for that purpose are deleted. The form works without consent. Names, email addresses and messages are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads. A random enquiry identifier prevents duplicate conversion counting.
5. Browser controls
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling technical cookies may affect certain functions or the proper display of the website.

Microsoft Clarity
With analytics consent, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage through click heatmaps, scrolling and session recordings. It collects interactions and device information; contact form content is masked. Clarity only starts after acceptance of the updated notice and is disabled when analytics consent is withdrawn through “Cookie preferences”. We do not grant advertising cookie consent to Clarity.
It may use _clck and _clsk cookies to recognise a browser and connect pages within a session. On withdrawal, accessible Clarity cookies are deleted and the page reloads to stop recording.
